1. Services

Sweet Support Virtual provides virtual assistance services, including administrative support, scheduling, research, and general online business tasks. Service offerings may change or expand at any time.

2. Business Hours

Operating hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (EST).
Messages and inquiries received outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day.

3. Response Time

Typical response time is 24–48 hours. While I aim to respond as quickly as possible, response times may vary during high-demand periods.
Rush response or same-day work may incur additional fees.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are due upfront unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are available only if work has not begun. Once work has started, payments are final.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all project details before approving a task or invoice.

5. Rush Work Fees

Urgent or expedited requests (including same-day, overnight, or weekend work) may require an additional fee. Any rush fee will be communicated and must be agreed upon before work begins.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete instructions and information
  • Respond promptly to questions or requests
  • Review deliverables in a timely manner
  • Ensure all materials they provide are lawful and owned or licensed by them
     

Delays caused by incomplete information or late responses may impact delivery timelines.

7. Revisions

Reasonable revisions relating to the original scope are included.
Substantial changes or additional work may require a separate invoice.

8. Confidentiality

All client information is kept confidential and shared only with third-party platforms or tools needed to complete the requested work, or as required by law.

9. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to misuse or copy its content.
All text, graphics, branding, and materials are the property of Sweet Support Virtual and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sweet Support Virtual is not liable for:

  • Business decisions made based on provided information
  • Losses resulting from delays, technical issues, or third-party platform errors
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
     

Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Sweet Support Virtual reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at any time for reasons including inappropriate behavior, unreasonable demands, or unethical requests.
