I primarily use email and text but whichever you prefer. For meetings, I can use Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.
Most tasks are completed within 24–36 business hours. Larger projects (like itineraries or branded PDFs) may require 3–5 days. I strive to complete tasks promptly, but please note that turnaround times depend on workload. Rush options are available upon request.

Payments are made before service begins. Monthly packages are billed at the start of the month. One-time projects are billed upfront or 50% deposit depending on the project.
Extra hours can be added at my standard hourly rate. If your needs increase consistently, I can help you upgrade to a larger package.
My standard hours are Monday–Friday, but I offer limited weekend or after-hours support for an additional fee.
